"Jerod Johnson is the best Realtor I have ever met. I worked with one of Jerods family member's that told me about Jerod. I was not looking to buy a house but he agreed to help me find a rental house. We had been looking for over two months. The market for rental homes was brutal. A house was listed today and tomorrow it was rented or sold to investors. We lived in the far west valley and Jerod would drive all the way from Scottsdale to show us a rental home. Many times during rush hour due to my work schedule. Once he picked us up in a Tesla. That is probably the only time I thought I would ride in a car so nice. When I spoke to him a few years later and mentioned how I enjoyed the Tesla ride, and as the only time I would ever ride in a car so nice, Jerod told me he had a new Tesla and he'd give me a ride in that one as well. Actually, about three years after he helped my family we were looking for a new place and he had introduced me to an up and coming real to to help us that he was mentoring. We didn't end up moving but it was nice to know that we were not on our own again. We felt like we were special. Why? Because, Jerod made us fill that way. He was not making any money from helping us. Bit you would have never known that the way he treated us. We had looked for over two months and when our lease expired we had to put all of our belongings in storage. We lived in a motel where you paid $500 a week to live with drug addicts in the hallways and drug dealers in several of the units. Not to mention the roaches. If Jerod made any money, it was a couple of hundred dollars. At the time he was working on selling properties over a million dollars. Jerod could not have treated us any better if we had been buying a million dollar home. If I emailed him at 8pm he would call or text right away. Not that I expected him to. I even told him that when I replied that late it was only so that he saw the message first thing in the morning, but he always replied right away. I have bought homes in the past and was never treated as well. Jerod truly cares about his customer's....No his client's. People he works with are his top priority. Putting them before his personal need's. If anyone asks for a realtor I will always refer them to him. He is the best that I have ever worked with. Actually, had the pleasure of working with. Jerod is a ROCKSTAR in my book. I am sure Jerod is very busy, but if you get a chance to work with him, consider yourself fortunate. He is a rare jewel in the real estate business.
