Nicole successfully cultivated her own Real Estate team, ultimately giving rise to a boutique brokerage with a distinct focus on luxury high-rise condominiums in the vibrant Downtown community of San Diego.
In 2016, she was handpicked by BOSA Development to collaborate with a distinguished group of professionals to launch their latest luxury high-rise project, Savina where she played a significant part in facilitating the pre-construction sale of a remarkable 60% of the project. Consistently, Nicole's performance has merited Gold and Platinum distinctions from the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, a testament to her remarkable production volume. Her success story is rooted in her innate empathy for clients, allowing her to nurture considerate, long-lasting relationships. In fact, she has been the personal real estate liaison to California for Rich Brock and his family since 2011. Nicole and her husband, a former Arizona resident and ASU grad, began to split time between San Diego and Phoenix in 2020.
